If we are unable to contact you after 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may have no choice but to cancel your reservation.

A separate room charge of ￥60,000 per room (120 min.) will be added as a minimum sales guarantee.

Cancellation Policy
100% without notice on the day of the event
100% with same-day notice
24 hours prior to the day of the event – 48 hours or less – 50% of the tentative reservation price.
The fee will be deducted from the tentative reservation fee.
